Okay they are reporters. They need to look it up. There are in fact court documents that show that an immigration Court they ruled he was MS-13 not once but twice. Did the El Salvador guy enter the country illegally ? , or did he over stay ? El Salvador was great when I visited in the late 80's , and I know I had no right to live there , though it was great , and I could have bought land in LA Libertad . I was not a citizen and had no right to stay . It doesn't seem complicated , everyone needs to obey the laws of whatever country we are in , it's fairly simple .
