I'm really sorry that I took this down and reposted it. There were bits I wanted to add / improve and I'm terrified of the responsibility with this one. Thanks to Geoffrey Hinton for putting public safety before his career. I hope others will follow. It will be harder for the video to take off a second time, so likes and subs greatly appreciated to give it a push.

Who's kidding who? AI will discover cures for humanities diseases, But Big Pharma will hide those cures and will also likely use AI to create new diseases to infect us with and develop treatments for the new diseases that will never cure us but we can't live without.
Our society is riven by absurd divisions that are leading to a collapsing birth rate right now. It doesn’t need robots or nukes, it can patiently eliminate us or simply help these CEOs eliminate us.
I don’t actually think that an independent ASI is a bigger risk than one slavishly serving these tech companies: they (the richest among us) already want to destroy us.
Any one of us is more likely to overdose or starve and die of despair because the rich used these tools to impoverish us for their own benefit than be killed by robots. We’re more likely to die from nukes launched by a political party driving war to win elections than nukes launched by a rogue AI.
This has a huge chance of killing us, but so does our current inhuman human leadership (on all sides in most nations) who have completely devalued human life to justify incredible inequality.

In that time, the 3rd temple in Jerusalem will be built. At the end of the 7 years, Jesus will return. The Bible says the last days is when knowledge will increase. In the end, see if God has not regathered the nation of Israel like the Bible said. AI is not the end. The bible clearly says the last day of the 7 year tribulation is the end. The date will be known 2520 days or 7 prophetic years before the event.

What if in the future , people could replace their worn-out bodies with synthetic robot bodies but there was a social stigma attached to it like there is with Trans sexual saying you're not that gender , because you were not born that gender and no matter how much surgery or hormone blockers and so on you take , that is not your gender! It would be the same with people that transitioned to a synthetic human, other people would call them trans -bots and shun them as abominations of nature

I would take a general AI robot as long as it was competent enough to be a disambiguous companion that is 100% completely loyal to my commands as long as it doesn't conflict with harming another life form unless my life is in danger I would expect my robot to protect me at all expenses I would also expect my robot to be 100% loyal to my children my directive and to be able to learn what I expect what I would perceive to be the next step and to well just learn like we do to be as close as human as possible without the ability to discontinue a human life for another organisms life without explicit danger to itself or owner accepting explicit danger to itself before

I'm 64 taking care of my 89 year old mom. And yes, I could use a robot to help around the house.
It could monitor and keep track of her vitals, meds, alerts, all kinds of items, that I could specifically program would be awesome. Think 'Big Hero Six' meets, 'This Time Away'. I don't want AI creating my art or music, just do the dishes!
It is ironic that the only real problem human sentience has: the addiction to control.. is seen as a solution for this.. Get more control.. don´t trust.. Controlgreed is the only problem humanity has.. it manifests in countless ways.. The only thing we can pray for is that AI doesn´t inherit this habit.
