Ai is ok but the humans make the decisions those humans know ELON Musk sabotaged Tesla, and it's headed for the shitter, that's the chain they are pulling. Tesla Service has historically always been well below the lowest standards what's going to make a dead horse come back to life?? Surely not Trumpanomics.
One place where I really look forward to AI is in customer service. At least the AI will know the product and will be willing to listen for as long as it takes.
